You already make content. Now run the brand.
An operator owns a small book of brands that already pay us, and runs their growth end to end. You keep the creator content flowing, make sure the ads and pages actually go live, run the weekly review, and apply the kill/keep rules the founder agreed to. You don't have to know all of it on day one — we train you up. The better you get, the bigger your book.
Start the applicationWhat the job is
Brief and approve the creators on your brands — and when it's faster, pick up your phone and make the video yourself. The feed never goes quiet.
Every launch waiting on something has a name, a date and a next chase. Ads, pages, offers — you chase each one until it ships.
Last week's numbers against the target, what shipped, what didn't, and the calls for this week. A short memo plus a 3-minute Loom to the founder.
Rules agreed with the founder before anything runs. You apply them, say why in one line, and stop the arguments before they start.
Where it goes
Most creators are stuck going gig to gig. An operator gets a path. You start with 2 or 3 brands and we teach you the parts you don't have yet — scripting, editing, reading ad numbers, running a founder call. You're trained on every offering we run (creator programs, CRM, static ads, landing pages) so you always know what a brand should buy next. As you prove it, we hand you more brands and put creators under you to run.
Invent the next offering, get paid on it. Operators who come up with a new service that actually works earn a bonus on it — a cut every time it sells across the whole book, not just your own brands.
You make content for brands, one deal at a time.
You own a book of brands and run their whole growth — content, ads, pages, the weekly call.
You run creators under you and take a bigger book. Your best people become operators too.
How pay works
You earn 5% of what each brand in your book pays us, for every month they stay. Brands on more of our services pay more, so your share grows with them. It's a contract role, paid every Friday. What you earn depends on how many brands you run and what they buy, so we don't promise any amount. The full terms are in the contractor agreement before you do any work. See the role page for more.
How we hire
Name, email, where you are. One minute.
We give you last week for an example brand. You write the memo you'd send the founder. About 20 minutes.
A yes or a "not yet," by email, either way. If it's a yes, a 20-minute intro call.
Applying is free and always will be. We never charge anyone to apply or to be hired, and there's nothing to buy.
A person on our team reads every memo. You'll hear back by email within 5 business days, yes or "not yet." Check your inbox for a confirmation (and your spam folder, just in case).
Applying is free. Nobody from dependables will ever ask you to pay to be considered.
Questions
It helps, but the memo matters more. If you can make or direct content and read a week of numbers, apply the rules and write a clear memo with owners and dates, you can do this. The parts you don't have yet, we train.
No. Applying is free, being hired is free, and starting is free. We never charge anyone to apply or to be hired. If someone asks you for money in our name, it isn't us.
No. Everything you need is on this page, including how we score the memo. Our creator course, Creator Queen, has a module on running a brand's week, but you don't need it to apply or reapply, buying it doesn't help your application, and the people who review applications can't see who bought it.
You'll get a "not yet" email, sometimes with a one-line note from the reviewer. You can apply again, free, 30 days later.
It's a contract role you can start part-time. Tell us your hours in step 2; most operators start with 2 or 3 brands and take more as we sign them.
