Growth operators — run a book of brands, paid every Friday
RemoteYour own book of brandsWe train you up

{{ promise }}

Own a few brands on our managed services and run their growth end to end. You keep the creator content shipping, chase the access and approvals that block launches, run the Monday review against the rules we agreed, and send the weekly Loom and memo. Specialists and creators do a lot of the building — but you own the outcome, and we train you up until you can run every part.

THE OPPORTUNITY

For the first time, one person can run a brand’s whole growth.

The building used to take a team: a media buyer, a creative lead, a designer, a project manager. We built that team — specialists, creators, and the Dependables (our AI) — and wrapped it in a system that runs the same way every week. What’s left is the part a machine can’t do: owning the outcome and the founder relationship. That part is the job, and you start with 2 or 3 brands while we train you on the rest.

ALREADY BUILTThe whole stackCreators, specialists, AI drafts, playbooks and trackers — the work that used to need ten people is already standing.
WHAT YOU OWNThe outcomeYou keep the content shipping, chase every blocker, run the Monday review and send the memo. The founder trusts a person, and that person is you.
WHY IT’S RAREA book, not a jobYou’re paid 5% of what each brand pays us, every month it stays. The book compounds: run them well and it only grows.

THE CRAFT

Four things, run the same way every week.

Learn these four and you can run any brand. We train you on each — the full operator playbook walks through them.

1The Monday reviewOne page per brand, same headings every week. Headline first (on / under / over target), then the numbers, the decisions, the asks. Thirty minutes, written to read in ninety seconds.
2The blockers listEvery launch waiting on something gets a name, a date and a next chase. You own the chase — 48 hours, then escalate. Nothing sits silent. This is the slow part of growth, and it’s your part.
3The Loom memoA 5-line written memo plus a 3-minute Loom to the founder. Plan vs results, in plain words. The memo is the product the client actually sees — it’s how trust is built or lost.
4Kill/keep rulesAgreed with the founder at kickoff, before anything runs. Pause, keep and replace calls follow the rules, one line of why for each. So stopping an ad is a rule, not a debate.
The machine behind you.You are not doing all of this alone. Specialists and the Dependables (AI) build the ads, pages, scripts and tracking; the AI drafts the memo and the tracker rows. You own the outcome and the relationship. That’s how one operator runs a brand’s whole growth without being a ten-person team.
WHAT LANDS EVERY MONDAY

The founder sees three things from you.

Not a dashboard to log into. A memo they can read on their phone, a Loom they can watch between meetings, and a tracker they can trust. Here’s exactly what one Monday looks like.

THE MONDAY MEMOMon 9:04 AM
Week 6 — under target, two fixes in flight
Headline. Spend $2,140, 11 sales, CAC $194 — under the $160 target. Two winners found; scaling them this week.
Decisions. Paused 4 ads (over $80, no sale). Kept 2 under $120. Refilled to 35 live.
Asks. Klaviyo access (blocking the flow), sign-off on the 3 ads attached, ship product to 2 creators.
Next week. Scale the 2 winners, launch the welcome flow, 12 new creator drafts in review.
THE 3-MINUTE LOOM
▶plan vs results · 2:58
You, to camera: what you planned, what happened, what you’re doing about it. No slides. The founder watches it between meetings.
THE AD TRACKER
Hook A · UGC unboxingKEEP · $118
Hook B · founder storyTEST · day 2
Hook C · price offerKILL · $83, 0 sales
Every live ad against the kill/keep rules, confirmed by ID. The AI drafts the rows; you make the call.

YOUR BOOK, ONE SCREEN

A book of brands you run end to end.

Start with 2 or 3, grow toward 8. Each brand pays us $8–10k a month, so each one gets real attention. This is a lead’s book mid-quarter — names changed.

How this seat compares — honestly.

Nobody has held this exact seat yet, so there are no earners to point at and no commission statements to screenshot — you’d be among the first. Every figure on this page is a model built from the pricing, not a record of what someone made. The table below is our own read from running agencies and being inside them, not an industry statistic. If your experience has been different, say so on the call.

WHO YOU’D WORK WITH

Danilo

We’ve worked on the growth side of consumer companies for about a decade — some of it well, one part of it very publicly badly. Both are why the work is built before it’s sold, and why the operator owns the outcome, not just the tasks. When you run a brand here, you run it on the same system we built for ourselves.

MAINSTREETFounder. 70 people and $25M raised from Greylock, Khosla, Y Combinator and Tim Ferriss. It failed. We’d rather say that here than have you find it later — ask about it on the call and we’ll tell you exactly what we got wrong.
TABSGrowth and creative. Built and ran the paid creator program behind one of the most-recognised consumer brands on the internet — the same creator engine your brands run on.
PREHYPEEntrepreneur in residence. Building new consumer companies from zero alongside operators doing it for the second and third time.
QUINTESSENTIALEarly seat at the fund, plus D2C launches for founders who had already built and sold a company.

THE AGREEMENT, IN PLAIN WORDS

What you’re signing up for.

Short version now; the full contractor agreement comes before your first brand. Nothing here is a job offer or a promise of earnings.

1. You’re an independent contractor

Not an employee. You set your own hours, use your own equipment, and handle your own taxes. You can keep other work.

2. What we provide

The brands, the specialists, the creators, the AI, the playbooks and the trackers. We assign brands as we sign them and brief you on each.

3. What you own

The outcome and the founder relationship — the Monday review, the chase, the memo. The brands and the client contracts belong to dependables.

4. What we pay you

5% of what each of your brands pays us, every month it stays, paid every Friday, up to $10,000 a month. It’s a model built from pricing, not a guarantee; it stops if a brand cancels.

5. Prices and scope aren’t yours to change

Discounts, refunds, contract changes and new work go to the GM. You flag scope creep; you don’t absorb it.

6. No legal or financial advice

Some brands are regulated. Their counsel makes those calls; you send the batch and log every ruling with a date.

7. Confidentiality and clean hand-over

Brand data stays confidential. If you stop, you hand your brands to the next lead with notes — and that month is still paid.
