Earnings, refunds and how we pay

Earnings disclaimer

The amounts on our pages are what we pay for each qualifying event, such as a signed business or a seller who closes a paying client account. They are not a prediction of what you will earn.

• There is no guarantee of any income.
• Most people who join these programs earn little or nothing.
• What you earn depends on your own effort, your network and the people you reach.
• Calculators, example weeks and sample dashboards on our pages are illustrative examples, not real payouts.

Intros ($500)

• We pay $500 only when the business you introduce signs and its first payment clears.
• Most intros don’t convert.
• We pay on the Friday after that first payment clears.
• Message only people you personally know. No mass texting, no bought or cold lists.

Talent Partners ($150)

• We pay $150 ($300 on Pro) only when a seller you referred closes a paying client account and that client’s second monthly payment clears.
• Partners are paid only when a seller closes a paying client account, never on what a seller pays us.
• One level only. You are never paid on people your referrals bring in, and there are no recruiting chains.
• You must clearly tell your audience that you are paid when they sign up, for example “I get paid if you join.” This is required by the FTC’s endorsement rules.

Closer seat ($0 up front)

• This is not a job or employment.
• Sellers pay nothing up front. On the Own the seat plan, seat fees ($397 activation, $150/month admin, $199/month subscription from month 3) are taken out of their commission payouts; if their commissions never cover them, the balance is written off. Sellers work as independent contractors, earning per closed deal.
• We don’t guarantee any number of leads, calls or closes, or any earnings.

Seat fees and refunds

Nothing is charged up front

• Seat fees (activation, admin fee, subscription, the optional Partner Toolkit) are never charged to a card. They’re recovered only out of commissions or partner payouts, before each payout is sent.
• If your earnings never cover them, the balance is written off. You never pay us out of pocket.
• If a client payment is refunded or charged back within 30 days, the commission or payout on it is reversed against your next payout.
• Leave any time: seat fees stop at the end of the month, and anything not yet recovered is written off.

Independent contractors and taxes

• Everyone paid through these programs is an independent contractor, not an employee.
• US payees provide a W-9 during onboarding, before their first payout. If we pay you $600 or more in a year, you may get a 1099.
• Non-US payees, for example in Brazil, provide a W-8BEN during onboarding instead.
